This is a faux model of one of the best tasting coffee cakes on the planet.  A Scandinavian (Danish) delight, this is sent around the country from well known bakeries in the Midwest, especially Wisconsin at Christmas time.  However, it should be know that my family lays claim to this delight because the Danish family name is Kringle.  Yes, it's true!!!!!!

This faux piece can be on your table for oh so long, without being eaten.  The real coffee cake never gets old--it is eaten too quickly!!!!!
