This is a wonderfully versatile product.  It is made from dried corn cobs that have been processed and chopped into small bits. 

It is 100% natural and non toxic. 
They can be used for a fixative for your home made potpourri, scented sachet bags, and scented tea bags. It is porous and absorbs and holds the scent of the fragrance oil longer. An easy way to use it is to place a 1/2 cup to 1 cup of corn cob bits into a container with a lid, (glass or metal works best). Add the desired amount of fragrance or essential oil over the fixative and mix well.  Start with 30-40 drops of your essential oil of choice.  Tighten lid and let sit for several days.  Shake two or three times a day to help distribute the oil evenly.

I like using them for getting that chopped nut effect on caramel apple ornies. on cookie ornies and whatever your own creative mind can come up with.
